Operational Intelligence

A Control Tower for every role – and every partner

Executives, finance, operations and sustainability teams each get the view they need, built on the same live data. Create as many dashboards as you like, share them with customers and vendors, and act on what you see – without leaving the screen.

Build your own

Unlimited dashboards, composed by drag and drop from 60+ highly configurable widgets.

See, predict – and act

What happened, what is happening now and what is coming next. Many widgets let you act right where you see the issue.

Everything connected

Pick a customer, vendor or shipment in one widget and every linked widget follows. We call it context binding.

Share with partners

Share dashboards with colleagues, customers and vendors – each sees only the data they are allowed to see.

Start from a template

Four ready-made views – executive, logistics, sustainability and finance. Use them as they are, make your own variant, or build from scratch. The figures shown are sample data.

Already have Power BI?

Power BI shows you the report.A Control Tower runs the operation.

Connect Power BI to FourPro through our analytics service and keep every report you already have. When your team needs to see what is happening right now and act on it, they open a Control Tower dashboard. Same data, two jobs, no rebuild.

Diagram: your ERP, TMS, WMS and TOS feed FourPro's single data model and digital twin. From there the data goes live, within a second, to Control Towers; every hour to Power BI through OData; and on demand to Copilot, or any other AI agent that supports MCP, through MCP.
Fresh data

Live in a second.Or fresh every hour.

Control Tower dashboards read FourPro's live data model, so what you see is what is happening. Power BI refreshes from the analytics feed on a schedule, every hour, which is exactly right for reports, trends and board packs.

Chart of how old the data is over two hours. Control Tower data is always less than a second old. Power BI data gets older until it is one hour old, then starts again from zero at each hourly refresh.
Act on it

Act where you see the issue

Control Tower dashboards have actions built in. Reassign a shipment, notify a customer or confirm a booking from the widget that shows the problem. Power BI reports are for understanding what happened; you build the follow-up separately, for example with Power Apps or Power Automate.

Example: the same two delayed shipments, first in a Power BI report and then in a Control Tower with actions next to each shipment.

Side by side

Two tools, two jobs

Power BI can do more than this table shows. The difference is that FourPro ships it ready for logistics, so your team spends time on operations instead of building and maintaining the model.

Which one when?

You do not have to choose

Use Power BI whenYou need to explore, report and analyse

Explore data from across the company, build board reports or follow trends. Point it at FourPro's analytics service and the logistics data arrives ready-modelled.

Use a Control Tower whenPeople need to act while there is still time

Planners, dispatchers and customer service see problems as they happen, and do something about them from the same screen.

Use bothOne source of truth, three ways in

Control Towers handle the working day. Power BI handles the deep analysis. Copilot and other AI agents can ask FourPro questions through MCP. All of it rests on the same data.

Open by design

Your data, wherever you need it

FourPro is built on open standards. The data stays in one place, and you choose the tool. Our analytics service lets anyone build a data set – choose the data, filter it and decide who may see it – without SQL or technical knowledge. Use it inside your company, or share it with customers and suppliers.

Data sets without code

Choose the data, filter it and restrict it in a few clicks. No SQL and no developers needed.

Ready for customers and suppliers

Publish a data set for a partner, and they see only their own orders, shipments and figures.

Into Power BI and Excel

Each data set is delivered over OData, ready-modelled for logistics. Keep the reports and measures you already have.

Into Copilot and other AI agents

Turn the same data set into an MCP service, so Copilot or any AI agent that supports MCP can answer questions about it, with the permissions you set.

Built on open standards

OData and MCP are open standards, not FourPro inventions. OData is an OASIS standard used by Power BI, Excel and many other tools. MCP is an open protocol supported by Copilot, Claude and many other AI agents. You choose your tools, and you are not locked in.

Common questions

Before you ask

We already have Power BI dashboards.

Keep them. Connect them to FourPro's analytics service, and they now run on one trusted source.

Do we have to rebuild our reports?

No. Your reports and measures stay as they are. You only change where the data comes from.

Can we use other tools than Power BI?

The analytics service works with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Query for Excel. Other services may be added later.

Do we need extra Power BI licences?

Sharing reports through the Power BI service follows Microsoft’s normal licensing, the same as for your other reports. You can use your existing licences, if you have them.

Will this replace our BI team?

No. It takes repetitive operational reporting off their plate, so they can focus on deeper analysis.

What is the difference between a Control Tower and a dashboard?

A dashboard shows you data. A Control Tower is where you run the operation: live dashboards built on one data model, linked through context binding, with actions built in and shared with the partners you choose. In FourPro, the dashboards are the views you build in your Control Tower.

What is OData?

OData, the Open Data Protocol, is an open standard for sharing data over the web. FourPro’s analytics service uses it to deliver your operational data, ready-modelled for logistics, so there are no exports to run and no integrations to build.

What is MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard for connecting AI assistants and agents to business systems. Through MCP, a Copilot agent built in Microsoft Copilot Studio, or any other AI agent that supports MCP, can look up your operational data in FourPro and answer questions in plain language – using only the data and permissions you allow.

Can we use a different AI agent than Copilot?

Yes. FourPro works with any AI agent that supports MCP, for example agents built on Claude or OpenAI. Whichever agent you use, it only gets the data and permissions you allow.

Can Copilot or other AI agents change anything in FourPro?

Not through MCP. Other parts of the product may use AI to make optimizations, but you are always in control and decide what an AI engine is allowed to do.

Who can see our data?

You decide. Customers and vendors only see the dashboards you share with them, and only their own data. Power BI, Excel and AI agents such as Copilot connect with access that you set up, so they only get the data you allow.
